Location was perfect, just next door to an arts theater, stuff was helpful but we didn't see much of them.
It's a pity but the bathroom was quite small.

it was nice apartment with party ambience. had bathtubs in modern bathroom. pool area looked great. food for breakfast was excellent.
Had dust in some areas.
